The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the placement services, career counseling, or coaching services provided. The Company shall not be responsible for any harm, injury, or damages sustained by clients during their journey to the workplace or during their employment.
The Company shall keep confidential all information received from clients during the course of providing services. This information shall not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the client, except as required by law.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and the Company and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
