Job Description

Title	Description
IT Infrastructure Management	Oversee daily operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure including systems, servers, and networks. Manage installation, configuration, and updating of computer systems and software applications. Ensure uninterrupted operation of digital platforms, hospital information systems, and online services.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting	Provide end-user support for software, hardware, and network-related issues. Identify, analyze, and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime. Coordinate with developers and IT teams to address system-level issues.
Network & Security Oversight	Monitor network performance, security protocols, and data integrity. Implement firewalls, antivirus solutions, and security updates regularly. Manage data backup and recovery systems to prevent data loss.
Coordination & Supervision	Supervise IT support staff and ensure proper task allocation and performance. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for procurement and maintenance of IT assets. Prepare regular reports on system performance, hardware inventory, and IT operations.
Project Implementation & Digital Upgradation	Support implementation of new technologies and digital tools for hospital automation. Assist in deploying software, online portals, and AI-based healthcare solutions. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with institutional goals.

Experience with hospital management software (HMS) or ERP systems preferred.
Soft Skills:	Strong leadership and coordination abilities. Analytical and strategic thinking for IT planning and problem-solving. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
