Job Description
Title Description
Scanning Products Ensuring items are correctly scanned before packaging and dispatch.
Packing Orders Packing goods neatly and securely as per Flipkart’s packaging standards.
Picking Orders Collecting items from shelves as per customer orders.
Quality Check Ensuring the right product is packed without damage.
Team Coordination Working with fellow warehouse staff to meet daily targets.
Shift Work Being flexible to work in both day and night shifts.
Attendance & Discipline Maintaining punctuality, discipline, and following safety rules at the workplace.
Overtime Support Willingness to work overtime when required, for additional pay.
Required Skills

Teamwork Ability to work with co-workers efficiently
Discipline Punctuality and regular attendance are highly important
Flexibility Must be willing to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
Experience Freshers and experienced candidates are both eligible
Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
Educational Qualification Minimum 10th pass (must be able to read English)
Age Limit 18 – 40 years
Gender Male candidates only
Physical Fitness Ability to lift and move packages in the warehouse
Important Points
 No PF and ESI Available.
Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
No charges / fees are applicable for any company or any particular jobs.
