| Loading | Load raw materials and unload finished parts or components. |
| Others | Perform in-process quality checks on products for defects or inconsistencies. Report and isolate defective items immediately. Clean, lubricate, and perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment. Report mechanical issues to maintenance teams. Maintain accurate logs of machine operation, production quantity, defects, and downtime. Fill out shift reports and handover notes. Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Report hazards or incidents promptly to supervisors. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from obstructions. Follow 5S practices (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain). Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and quality control staff to meet production targets. Support co-workers as needed, including during shift changes or increased workloads. |
