Build and maintain long-term relationships with colleges and training institutes. Manage end-to-end campus hiring process — from outreach and screening to onboarding. Collaborate with internal HR and business teams to identify early-talent needs. Coordinate event logistics, maintain recruitment data, and prepare reports for management. Ensure the employer brand is represented positively at all campus initiatives.
For Senior HR Manager	Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance. Develop and implement HR policies, performance management systems, and retention strategies. Supervise and guide HR executives and recruiters to achieve departmental goals. Collaborate with top management to align HR strategy with organizational objectives. Manage training, employee engagement, and grievance handling. Monitor HR metrics and ensure legal compliance with labor regulations.
