Develop and implement strategic HR plans and action frameworks to achieve recruitment targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication across departments. Collect and analyze HR data, preparing reports for upper management and decision-making. Coordinate with colleges and institutes interested in campus or online placement drives. Attend job fairs and campus recruitment events across various locations (travel allowance provided). Maintain effective liaison with field supervisors and regional HR representatives for workforce coordination.
