Ensure quality control and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) during production. Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision. Support maintenance and troubleshooting activities within the production unit. Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety protocols in compliance with company standards. Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors to achieve daily production targets. Prepare and maintain shift reports and production logs.

Salary Breakdown	Basic: 15,025 Special Allowance: 2,170 Total (A): 17,195 HRA (5% of A): 860 Gross Salary (B): 18,055 Employee Deductions: PF: 1,800 ESIC: 113 Professional Tax: 200 Net Salary (Take Home): ₹15,942 Employer Contributions: PF: 1,800 ESIC: 488 Bonus: 1,252 Total CTC: ₹21,595
