Job Responsibilities	Visit assigned doctors and collection centers as per the pre-defined schedule and frequency. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and drive prescription generation from doctors. Increase revenue from both doctors and collection centers within the assigned territory. Implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance the brand image of Suraksha Diagnostics. Identify, approach, and onboard new partners and collection centers. Organize and coordinate health camps and community engagement programs in the catchment areas. Monitor sales KPIs and ensure timely reporting to management. Ensure complete coverage of potential customers and maintain healthy customer relationships. Actively participate in company-led campaigns, medical events, and strategy/review meetings. Contribute to building and strengthening the brand’s presence in the medical and diagnostics community.

Eligibility Criteria

Education	Any Graduate (Science/Commerce/Arts).
Experience	2–7 years in Doctor Sales, preferably from Diagnostics, Pharma, FMCG, or Telecom industry.
Age	Not specified (candidates with relevant sales experience preferred).
Other Requirements	Willingness to travel within assigned territory. Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred). Strong local network and familiarity with healthcare market trends.
