Job Role & Responsibilities	Operate machinery and support production activities on the manufacturing line. Maintain proper functioning of production equipment under supervision. Ensure product quality and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Assist in process improvements to optimize production efficiency. Follow all safety and company policies during work operations.

Salary & Benefits	Basic Salary: ₹18,000/- per month Attendance Bonus: ₹500/- per month Total Monthly Earnings: ₹18,500/-
Working Conditions	Working Hours: 8 hours per day (3 rotational shifts) Weekly Off: Sunday Overtime: Applicable (Single Wages)
Facilities & Deductions	Food: Subsidized at ₹150/month Transport: Provided (₹200/month deduction) Accommodation: Not provided
Transport Routes	Route 1: Tambaram → Company Route 2: Sriperumbudur → Company
Additional Details	Local Candidates: Eligible Other State Candidates: Eligible Salary Credit Date: 5th of Every Month
