All Responsibilities	Perform quality inspection and testing of electrical products and components. Monitor croduction processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards. Identify and report product defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives in the quality department. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for process optimization. Ensure adherence to safety and quality policies during all operations.

Required Skills

Required Skills:	Strong understanding of electrical and electronics concepts. Knowledge of quality inspection tools and techniques. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, etc.). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work under supervision and follow quality procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Title	Description
Education	Diploma in Electrical / E&TC or BE in Electrical (Male Candidates Only).
Experience	Freshers can apply.
Age Limit	As per company norms.
Location Preference	Candidates willing to work in Urse (Talegaon), Pune.
