| Production Operations | Operate and monitor production machinery and tools. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality instructions. Ensure smooth workflow and maintain target output levels. |
| Wiring Harness Assembly | Assemble, connect, and inspect wiring harness components. Check for defects, damages, or missing connections. Maintain accuracy and quality in wire crimping, routing, and insulation. |
| Quality Control | Conduct in-process checks to ensure product compliance. Report defective materials or equipment to supervisors. Maintain records of inspection and testing results. |
| Material Handling | Receive, store, and issue raw materials or components as required. Maintain proper labeling and identification of parts. Ensure zero material loss or mix-up during production. |
| Safety & Housekeeping | Follow all company safety rules and wear protective equipment. Maintain cleanliness at workstations and equipment areas. Immediately report accidents or unsafe conditions to the shift in-charge. |
| Documentation & Reporting | Record daily production data and machine readings. Assist in preparing production or shift reports. Support line supervisors during audits or quality inspections. |
| Team Coordination | Cooperate with team members to achieve production targets. Assist in training new employees or apprentices. Participate in improvement activities (Kaizen, 5S, etc.). |
