Title	Description
Production	Operate production machines and manufacturing equipment. Assemble automotive components as per production standards. Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and 5S practices in the workplace.
Quality	Inspect automotive components during and after production. Identify and report defects or quality issues. Use measuring instruments for dimensional inspection. Ensure products meet customer quality standards. Maintain quality records and inspection reports.
Maintenance	Perform routine maintenance of production machines. Assist in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. Ensure machines are operating efficiently. Follow preventive maintenance schedules. Maintain machine safety and housekeeping.
NPD (New Product Development)	Support new product development activities. Assist in product trials and validation. Coordinate with production and quality teams. Prepare documentation related to new product processes. Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.

Salary Details	Salary Structure ---ITI Candidates: ₹19,000 In-Hand per Month ---Diploma Candidates: ₹20,000 In-Hand per Month Additional Earnings ---Overtime (OT): ₹140 per Hour Total Earnings ---Monthly earnings can increase through overtime based on working hours.
