Assist Assist in daily production activities on the shop floor.
Operate Operate machines and tools under supervision.
Maintain Maintain quality standards in all production processes.
Support Support senior engineers and supervisors in production tasks.
Safety Follow safety guidelines and workplace rules strictly.
Efficient Ensure efficient and timely production output.
Required Skills

All Skills Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
Technical understanding of machines and tools.
Awareness of industrial safety standards and protocols.
Problem-solving ability with a learning mindset.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking attitude.
Ability to adapt to industrial work culture.
Eligibility Criteria
Title Description
Qualification Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or ENTC.
Pass-out Year 2018 to 2025 candidates are eligible.
Experience Freshers and experienced both can apply.
Age Limit Up to 27 years old.
Gender Open for male and female candidates.
Salary / Stipend Details First 3 Months: ₹13,500 + ₹1,500 = ₹15,000 per month.
After 3 Months: ₹15,500 + up to ₹2,500 (based on attendance, work quality & efficiency) = Up to ₹18,000 per month.
Last Date of Joining 22/09/2025
Important Points
 No PF and ESI Available.
Joining under apprenticeship (NATS / NAPS / Learn & Earn / 3rd Party Payroll)
Duty Time: 8 Hours(3 Rotational Shifts)
Working Days: 26 Days(No work no pay)
No permanent job guarantee from the starting days.
Company payroll is also available based on performance.
No bus & no transportation provided by the company.
No accommodation provide by the company.
No charges / fees are applicable for any company or any particular jobs.
