| For B.Tech / B.E. Graduates (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics – ETC) | Analyze production workflows and suggest process optimization. Supervise operations on the shop floor and monitor team productivity. Coordinate with quality and production departments to ensure output meets standards. Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports. Assist with equipment calibration, fault diagnosis, and data-driven maintenance planning. Collaborate with R&D or design teams for improving manufacturing processes. Ensure adherence to safety policies, compliance guidelines, and technical SOPs. |
